About The Position

Carvana is seeking an entry-level Car Detailer, described in the posting as a Lot Attendant, to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at its Market Hubs. The role coordinates with coworkers to support timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. It is part-time and requires regular, predictable attendance. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past three years.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently, including from various levels, with most lifting from knee to shoulder height.
Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds for up to 20 feet.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and frequently stretch, reach, walk, stoop, push, and/or pull.
Must have excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
Must be able to drive frequently and perform some typing.
Must use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns.
Wash and vacuum inventory regularly.
Complete a multi-point inspection on arriving inventory, including checking fuel level, safety features, drivability, and proper display of company and state disclosures.
Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
Communicate and interact with team members and management across the business.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
