About The Position

This role involves processing car deals, balancing debits and credits, auditing deals for accuracy, ensuring correct data entry into the accounting system, and maintaining a log of missing documents. The position also includes general office clerical tasks. Requirements

• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate user of Excel
• Ability to ten-key by touch
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail an accuracy
• Intermediate accounting knowledge
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Ability to prioritize job duties to meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

• Accounting experience or education preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Processing car deals and all bank paperwork
• Balancing debits and credits on deals
• Audit deals for accuracy
• Ensure all data is entered into accounting system correctly
• Maintain a log of missing documents requiring correction on all car deals.
• General office clerical tasks
