About The Position

Sommer’s Automotive is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Automotive Deal Processor to join our accounting and office team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and finalizing vehicle sales paperwork to help ensure deals are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with dealership and state requirements. Prior automotive dealership office experience is preferred, particularly experience with vehicle deal processing, billing, title work, or related accounting functions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive dealership office experience preferred
• Experience with deal processing, vehicle billing, title work, or dealership accounting strongly preferred
• Dealertrack experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review completed vehicle deals for accuracy and required documentation
• Process and bill new and used vehicle sales in dealership systems
• Verify deal information, including pricing, financing, trade information, taxes, fees, and supporting documentation
• Ensure all required signatures and forms are complete before processing
• Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent deal documentation and communicate with Sales and Finance staff for resolution
• Assist with maintaining deal schedules and resolving outstanding items
• Maintain organized deal files and supporting documentation
• Assist with additional accounting and office responsibilities as needed
