About The Position

Southwest Dealer Services: Acrisure Protection Group | KARR Security is hiring a motivated trainee to become an Alarm Technician. The company will train the employee to install vehicle alarm security and GPS tracking units and provide basic tools and knowledge to help them succeed and develop new skills. This is an hourly, nonexempt position reporting directly to the Operations Manager. The work is performed primarily on dealership lots, during full-time business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Applicants offered a position must complete the pre-hire process, including a criminal background check, motor vehicle report review, physical abilities evaluation, and verification of identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hiring.

Responsibilities

• Install auto alarms and GPS tracking units.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Provide customer service to dealer clients and their customers.
• Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments.
