Responsibilities

Leading and managing complex capture efforts
Executing all phases of capture efforts, including strategic planning, shaping, teaming, proposals, and competitive analyses
Developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and partners
Proposal development with organizations and program offices in the DoW, with a variety of acquisition sizes
Leading teams, working through others, and obtaining outcomes from various teams
Briefing executive-level stakeholders
Communicating multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams, and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts
