Chenega Professional Services SBU, a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is looking for a Capture Management Director to lead high‑value growth opportunities and recompete efforts. This role is responsible for executing disciplined, compliant capture strategies in accordance with PS‑SBU policies and procedures. Reporting directly to the PS‑SBU President, the Director of Capture Management will play a critical role in shaping and executing strategic growth initiatives and other high‑profile pursuits. The successful candidate will lead complex, large‑scale captures by leveraging PS‑SBU’s broad portfolio of information technology, health, scientific, engineering, and professional services capabilities. The Director will drive the full capture lifecycle—leading pre‑RFP shaping and customer engagement activities, managing capture execution through proposal development, and supporting post‑submittal activities—to significantly increase probability of win. This position requires both strategic vision and hands‑on leadership to guide cross‑functional teams in developing compelling, differentiated solutions for federal customers.
