About The Position
Maxime’s is an exclusive private members club located on Madison Avenue, founded by renowned entrepreneur Robin Birley. We are committed to providing unparalleled hospitality, outstanding cuisine, and exceptional experiences for our members and guests. We are seeking a passionate and service-focused Captain Assistant to support our Front of House team and help deliver seamless, luxury dining experiences.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or private club.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- TIPS and NYC DOH certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to members and guests.
- Assist Captains with service execution and guest requests.
- Support accurate food and beverage order entry and delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, dietary restrictions, and allergens.
- Ensure smooth service flow and uphold company standards.
- Complete opening, closing, and side work duties.
- Follow all health, safety, and hospitality standards.
