About The Position

KKR Capstone is KKR’s portfolio operations and value creation group, partnering with deal teams and portfolio company management to address key operational priorities. The team supports strategies across Private Equity, Technology Growth, Health Care Growth, Strategic Investments, and Credit. Its work includes driving growth, optimizing costs, strengthening organizational capabilities, guiding capital investments, and supporting strategic M&A. During due diligence, Capstone works with deal teams to assess operational issues, value creation opportunities, target markets, and competitive positioning. Capstone operates as an owner-operator rather than an advisor, taking accountability for implementing change and delivering results at portfolio companies. Associates work closely with portfolio company management on a range of value creation initiatives, contribute to late-stage diligence and 100-day planning, and help identify and recruit talent. The role provides hands-on operating experience in a private equity environment and requires ownership of important priorities and initiatives.
