About The Position

This internship position is part of the Capital Team, within Endeavor Catalyst. The team supports Endeavor Entrepreneurs in raising capital, manages the organization’s Investor Network, leads a later stage Paths to Liquidity Program, and manages co-investments made via Endeavor Catalyst into Endeavor companies globally. The internship will focus on supporting Endeavor Entrepreneurs through the Access to Capital program, connecting them with mentors, mapping investors, and curating outreach strategies. It will also involve supporting other projects that drive value across the Capital team's workflows, including the Endeavor Catalyst investment process. Interns will gain experience in identifying potential investment funds, managing relationships with over 300 funds, and educating investors about Endeavor's mission. They will also serve as thought partners in profiling investors, supporting entrepreneurs' fundraising strategies, and facilitating introductions. Additionally, interns will support the Endeavor Catalyst investment process, contribute to investment memos, and create case studies showcasing the impact of capital support. The role may also involve contributing to strategic projects related to Endeavor Catalyst’s portfolio and Paths to Liquidity program planning.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Junior student status
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Venture Capital
  • Ability to understand and communicate venture capital and financial concepts
  • Strong written and organizational skills, with the ability to edit and structure content clearly
  • Interest in entrepreneurship or the startup ecosystem
  • Comfort working with digital tools and learning platforms
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a multilingual, global, cross-cultural environment
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and have valid U.S. work authorization for the 2027 year.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred background in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, International Studies, Sociology, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Dive into Endeavor’s network of venture capital funds, helping to identify which funds may potentially be a fit for investment into the companies we are supporting.
  • Support efforts to identify recruitment targets, manage our relationship management strategy across 300+ funds, and educate these investors about Endeavor’s mission and about investing in emerging and growth markets worldwide.
  • Serve as a thought partner to our teams in profiling and segmenting relevant investors, supporting entrepreneurs on their fundraising strategy, and identifying and facilitating strategic introductions.
  • Work with founders directly alongside our team to learn the art and science of a venture capital fundraising process from start to finish.
  • Support the Endeavor Catalyst investment process by supporting the companies in our pipeline on their fundraising processes.
  • Contribute to memos written for approval, as well as projects to improve our writing outreach notes to investors, as well as memos for direct investment opportunities for the Endeavor Catalyst LP network.
  • Create case studies that showcase where our capital support has been the most impactful, which can ultimately be used as a tool to help recruit future entrepreneurs into the network.
  • Get pulled into other strategic projects related to Endeavor Catalyst’s portfolio, Paths to Liquidity program planning and more.
