About The Position

This internship position is part of the Capital Team, within Endeavor Catalyst. The team supports Endeavor Entrepreneurs in raising capital, manages the organization’s Investor Network, leads a later stage Paths to Liquidity Program, and manages co-investments made via Endeavor Catalyst into Endeavor companies globally. Over the ten weeks, interns will primarily focus on supporting Endeavor Entrepreneurs through the Access to Capital program and other meaningful projects. This includes connecting entrepreneurs with mentors, mapping potential investors, and curating outreach strategies. Interns will also play a role in the Endeavor Catalyst investment process and contribute to deliverables that improve workflows across investor network functions and the investment process.

Requirements

Undergraduate Junior status
Strong foundational knowledge of Venture Capital
Ability to understand and communicate venture capital and financial concepts
Strong written and organizational skills, with the ability to edit and structure content clearly
Interest in entrepreneurship or the startup ecosystem
Comfort working with digital tools and learning platforms
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders
Comfortable working in a multilingual, global, cross-cultural environment
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. for the 2027 year.

Nice To Haves

Preferred background in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, International Studies, Sociology, or a related field
Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel

Responsibilities

Dive into Endeavor’s network of venture capital funds to identify potential investment fits for companies.
Support efforts to identify recruitment targets and manage relationships with over 300 funds.
Educate investors about Endeavor’s mission and investing in emerging and growth markets.
Serve as a thought partner in profiling and segmenting relevant investors.
Support entrepreneurs on their fundraising strategy and facilitate strategic introductions.
Learn the venture capital fundraising process from start to finish by working with founders.
Support the Endeavor Catalyst investment process and companies in their fundraising processes.
Contribute to investment memos and projects to improve outreach notes to investors.
Create case studies showcasing the impact of capital support to help recruit future entrepreneurs.
Contribute to strategic projects related to Endeavor Catalyst’s portfolio and Paths to Liquidity program planning.
