About The Position

Corning is seeking an experienced and high-energy coordinator with excellent data entry and customer-focused skills to join its capital management team. This role will contribute to the capital group's goals and strategies by enhancing the quality, capabilities, and established processes within the WPS capital management group.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business or technical field.
  • 3+ years of professional work experience
  • Positive attitude, Strong commitment and work ethic
  • Very Strong in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project
  • Proficient in SharePoint and collaborative workspace environments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to details

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with WPS Facility Technician to provide input to facility information system for our division’s documentation, drawings, and standards.
  • Regularly update our corporate capital database based on project status and results.
  • Issue reports using downloads from the capital database.
  • Work closely with WPS Project Management team and group.
  • Assist with PM administrative tasks such as; writing purchase orders, change orders, PI-Sheets, ARs and etc.
  • Attend department, team and project meetings as required.
