About The Position

The Data & Technology Track consists of three rotational assignments completed over two years, providing exposure to teams that leverage data, analytics, and technology to support Capital Group's investment process, business strategy, and client experience. Rotations may include opportunities in areas such as Data & Analytics, Data Science, Digital Products & User Experience, Data Strategy & Solutions, and Additional Data & Technology Functions. Across rotations, associates may analyze complex datasets, develop reports and visualizations, support data and AI initiatives, evaluate business requirements, and help create data-driven solutions that inform decision-making and improve business outcomes. In addition to on-the-job learning, associates participate in Capital Group's Core Skills Academy, a shared development experience that includes professional skills training, business acumen development, networking opportunities, leadership exposure, and career development resources.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
Learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous development
Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex challenges, and exercise sound judgment
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Familiarity with data visualization, reporting, business intelligence, or analytical tools
Foundational programming experience (e.g., Python, SQL, R, Spark, or similar technologies) and interest in continuing to develop technical skills
