About The Position

The Client & Product Track consists of three rotational assignments completed over two years, providing exposure to teams responsible for delivering investment solutions, engaging clients, and supporting business growth. Rotations may include opportunities in areas such as Sales & Relationship Management, Business Management, Product Strategy, Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Sales Enablement & Client Support, and Additional Client & Product Functions. Across rotations, associates may contribute to strategic initiatives, conduct market, product, and client research, analyze business trends and insights, develop recommendations for stakeholders, and collaborate across teams to support client outcomes and business growth. In addition to on-the-job learning, associates participate in Capital Group's Core Skills Academy, a shared development experience that includes professional skills training, business acumen development, networking opportunities, leadership exposure, and career development resources.

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
