This role is for a Capital Equipment Sales Manager, Spine in the Northeast Atlantic Region. The position involves the end-to-end commercialization of DePuy Synthes capital platforms in Spine, including sales and capital program management. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, strategizing and delivering technology demonstrations, presenting capital equipment acquisition options, and driving the sales process to completion. The role requires coordination with local implant clinical selling teams and Strategic Customer Group account leaders to ensure customer performance goals are met. The position is with Johnson & Johnson's Orthopaedics business, which is planned to separate and operate as DePuy Synthes. Upon completion of the separation, employees would become employees of DePuy Synthes.
