About The Position

Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for performing highly detailed clerical tasks and general clerical support to various teams. Key responsibilities include booking loads and entering orders tendered from customers, scheduling pick-up and delivery, tracing and obtaining load updates, and assisting internal customers with problems on loads. The role also involves monitoring freight in transit and customer location requests for appointments, as well as performing general administrative and clerical duties such as processing and coding documents, maintaining records and files, and compiling and arranging data.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED with less than 1 year of working experience
