Job Summary As a Performance and Capacity Engineer, you are a principal architect of our infrastructure’s stability and long-term scalability. Our mission is to drive operational excellence by maturing our proactive monitoring capabilities and integrating intelligent automation, allowing us to optimize performance and resolve incidents before they impact the business Leveraging a robust enterprise stack—including Dynatrace, Azure, Cisco, Commvault, IBM, SQL Server, and ServiceNow—you will ensure our systems are optimized and right-sized. Beyond operational excellence, you are a key strategist; you will own the 3-year Capacity and Enterprise Monitoring Roadmaps, translating long-term vision into tactical execution plans that support our growing enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree and 2 years in Information Technology or relevant experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 year Information Technology experience OR 6 years Information Technology experience.
  • Experience in infrastructure performance management
  • Experience in infrastructure capacity management
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Dynatrace (SaaS or Managed), SQL Server administration/tuning, and ServiceNow (ITOM/ITSM).
  • Infrastructure Breadth: Strong understanding of modern infrastructure (Virtualization, Cloud/Azure, Storage, and Networking)
  • Infrastructure Automation

  • IT standards, procedures, policies
  • Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts / processes
  • Understanding of business priorities (e.g., vision), trends (e.g., industry knowledge) and markets (e.g., existing/ planned)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, MIS, or related degrees).
  • ITIL foundations certified.
  • Must have in depth knowledge and understanding of ITIL and ITSM best practices.
