About The Position
The Capa Server works at Capa, a 17th-floor rooftop steakhouse and bar at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort. The restaurant features Spanish-influenced cuisine, Florida seafood, small plates, and grilled cuts in a romantic setting, with an open kitchen, wood-burning grill, and outdoor patio overlooking nightly fireworks. The role provides attentive, customized service and requires strong food and beverage knowledge, including menu items and preparation methods. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, large-team environment.
Requirements
- Must already possess legal work authorization for employment in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- At least 2 years of prior fine-dining experience.
- Knowledge of steaks, including cuts and temperatures.
- Impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upselling opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, large-team environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve guests by demonstrating exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items and preparation methods.
- Greet each guest promptly, courteously, and graciously, using eye contact and a smile.
- Read each table and adapt service to create a customized guest experience.
- Guide guests through the menu and maximize revenue through upselling.
