About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Capa Bartender. This role involves providing dining support in Capa, our Michelin-starred Spanish-influenced cuisine, rooftop steakhouse and bar. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Food & Beverage experience and a sincere willingness to provide exceptional service.

Requirements

Prior experience in bartending/ food & beverage
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Nice To Haves

1 – 2 years of Food & Beverage experience

Responsibilities

Ensure each bar guest is greeted promptly, courteously and graciously with eye contact, and a smile.
Provides resort guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service, following the state and city alcohol law while adhering to Four Seasons hotels standards of service.
Complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and ensures that all the details of service are performed properly and that every guest receives the highest quality of service.
Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities.
Expected to read each table and adapt to the guests creating a customized experience.
Maintain high level of cleanliness, organization, and stocking at the bar.
Execute same level of food knowledge and sequence of service as restaurant servers.
