About The Position

This role involves providing dining support in Capa, a Michelin-starred Spanish-influenced cuisine, rooftop steakhouse and bar. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Food & Beverage experience and a sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers. The position requires a high work ethic, good organizational skills, and the ability to function well under pressure. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is necessary. Fluency in English and legal work authorization in the United States are required.

Requirements

Prior experience in bartending/ food & beverage

Responsibilities

Ensure each bar guest is greeted promptly, courteously and graciously with eye contact, and a smile
Provides resort guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service, following the state and city alcohol law while adhering to Four Seasons hotels standards of service.
Complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and ensures that all the details of service are performed properly and that every guest receives the highest quality of service.
Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities.
Expected to read each table and adapt to the guests creating a customized experience.
Maintain high level of cleanliness, organization, and stocking at the bar.
Execute same level of food knowledge and sequence of service as restaurant servers.
