About The Position
We’re looking for motivated, high energy individuals who enjoy being outdoors, meeting new people, and earning based on performance. If you thrive in a fast paced and goal oriented environment, this could be your next big opportunity. This is a full-time position with an hourly base plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. Top performers can make up to $60,000 annually.
Requirements
- Positive, outgoing, motivated attitude; strong communication.
- Team player with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Available during listed hours; comfortable working in busy retail/event environments.
Responsibilities
- Engage shoppers and event attendees; start friendly conversations and capture leads.
- Promote brand awareness and create strong first impressions
- Set appointments and hand off warm leads to the sales team.
- Represent the company professionally at stores and events.
- Focus is starting conversations and creating opportunity, not hard selling.
