Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Willing to work evenings and weekends if needed
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation and maintain current, valid commercial/personal auto liability insurance meeting the company’s minimum coverage requirements ($100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident). Continued employment in this role is contingent upon maintaining these credentials

Responsibilities

• Connect with homeowners and introduce products by knocking on doors.
• Receive ongoing training to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Use the CRM system to schedule consultations and meet goals.
• Exceed quotas and contribute to team success.
