About The Position

Renewal by Andersen of CNY is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Brand Promoters and Canvassers. This role is part of the Neighborhood Marketing Program, where you will connect with homeowners, educate them about high-quality products, and help them transform their spaces. The company emphasizes unlimited earning potential, career growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment. This position offers a base pay of $21/hr plus bonuses, with the potential to earn over $50,000/year through uncapped commissions. Career advancement into outside sales, design consulting, or leadership roles is possible.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Willing to work evenings and weekends if needed
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation and maintain current, valid commercial/personal auto liability insurance meeting the company’s minimum coverage requirements ($100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident).
