About The Position

The Canvass Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing and analyzing operational data related to lead generation and canvassing performance. This role involves creating and maintaining reports for leadership, auditing processes for accuracy and compliance, and assisting with fleet oversight. The coordinator will also support departmental initiatives, track incentives and safety meetings, and collaborate with various internal departments to ensure operational alignment. This position is crucial for supporting data-driven decision-making and improving departmental efficiency.

Requirements

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot tables, Lookup formulas, Working with large data sets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • One year of experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and analyze operational data focused on lead generation and canvass performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain Excel-based reports used by leadership to evaluate departmental performance.
  • Review data for inconsistencies and discrepancies to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Support data-driven decision making through reporting insights and trends.
  • Audit departmental reports and operational processes for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify workflow gaps and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Help develop and refine systems that improve efficiency as the department grows.
  • Assist with oversight and tracking of the company’s canvass vehicle fleet.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records related to vehicle usage, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
  • Support coordination for fleet repairs, incidents, and insurance-related matters as needed.
  • Coordinate departmental initiatives including: Incentive tracking, Safety meeting completion, Canvassing activity tracking.
  • Support field leadership with operational requests and reporting needs.
  • Partner with HR, Accounting, Compliance, and other internal departments to ensure operational alignment.
  • Assist with resolving operational and reporting issues across teams.
