About The Position

Sunbelt Home Solutions is seeking driven individuals for a Canvass Van Manager in Training program. This 30-day-or-less program is designed for candidates with experience in sales, canvassing, field marketing, team leadership, or other performance-driven environments who desire a direct path to management. The company is focused on developing future leaders for growth in St. Petersburg, Orlando, and across Florida.

Requirements

• Sales, canvassing, field marketing, or leadership experience preferred
• Competitive, energetic, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven system
• Able to motivate others and lead by example
• Local to the Tampa Bay area or willing to relocate
• At least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and set appointments by speaking with homeowners
• Learn Sunbelt’s canvassing, recruiting, coaching, and leadership systems
• Train alongside experienced, high-performing managers
• Develop skills in territory management, team motivation, and performance tracking
• Prove ability to lead through results
• Earn promotion into a Canvass Van Manager position
• Lead and manage own canvassing team
• Oversee daily field operations, production, and accountability
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop new team members
• Position for future leadership opportunities
