About The Position

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking a Canvass Manager to oversee a team of field agents generating leads through neighborhood outreach across the Brooklyn territory. The manager works in the field, actively participates in outreach, and coaches, mentors, and empowers the team to meet performance expectations. The role also requires travel to the Farmingdale, NY office for three weeks of training and then consistently one day per week, with occasional additional visits as needed.

Requirements

Prior management experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
At least 5 years of experience in sales or a related customer-facing role.
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
Excellent communication and coaching skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a changing field environment.
Comfort traveling to the Farmingdale, NY office for three weeks of training and then one day per week, with occasional additional visits as needed.
