About The Position
The Packaging Associate will support daily functions of the Production team including the manufacturing, filling, and quality assurance of all products.
Requirements
- Production or manufacturing experience, or related applicable experience
- Ability to work with your hands
- Commitment to team and production goals
- Basic math skills
- Basic Excel skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Active and valid government issued photo identification
- 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain and maintain Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card (obtained upon hire) in accordance with State law.
Responsibilities
- Process, organize, package, and label, cannabis products in preparation for distribution to retail sites including, flower, and edibles
- Monitor, measure, and record precise product weight and total units produced
- Measure and document any potential product waste accurately
- Maintain quality assurance of all packaged products in accordance with local and state regulations
- Partner with other departments to maintain efficiency and productivity throughout the production cycle
- Assist in other duties as assigned to ensure the team, department, and company division maintain success
