About The Position

Dogtopia, a leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services, is seeking an energetic, organized, and business-minded individual to join their team. This role will be cross-trained as a Canine Coach and Front Desk Coordinator, assisting in all areas of the Dogtopia facility. The ideal candidate loves dogs and, upon successful training, may bring their own dog to work. Requirements

Love dogs.
Ability to be cross-trained as a Canine Coach and Front Desk Coordinator.
Ability to support playroom staff with day-to-day tasks.
Ability to ensure proper use of crate time and cleaning protocols.
Ability to perform meal prep with little or no guidance.
Ability to store daycare and boarding belongings properly with correct labels.
Ability to coach others with positive feedback and hold them accountable.
Ability to keep playrooms clean of messes at all times.
Ability to be proactive in making sure dogs are always in a clean and safe environment.
Ability to work with team to assure Quality of Care sets the standards for dog care.
Ability to work cohesively with their team in a respectful and professional manner.
Knowledgeable on pricing and services.
Ability to engage in safe play.

Responsibilities

Support playroom staff with day-to-day tasks.
Ensure proper use of crate time and cleaning protocols.
Perform meal preparation with minimal guidance.
Properly store daycare and boarding belongings with correct labels.

Keep playrooms clean of messes at all times, including mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and water refills.
Be proactive in ensuring dogs are always in a clean and safe environment.
Learn to bathe and nail clip dogs when needed.
Learn to identify dog breeds and behaviors.
Work with the team to ensure high standards of quality of care.
Work cohesively with the team in a respectful and professional manner.
Be knowledgeable on pricing and services.
Strive for high customer review ratings by engaging in safe play and maintaining a positive presentation.
Work with all customers, furry friends, and team members to ensure Dogtopia meets the highest standards of safety and fun.
