About The Position

Dogtopia offers award-winning dog daycare, boarding and spa services. The core service is daycare for dogs. We love and care for all dogs like they’re our own and are dedicated to helping them become a well-balanced pup. Applicants must be 17 years or older. This role is for an energetic, organized, business-minded individual that will be the first point of contact for our furry friends as a Canine Coach. Upon successful completion of training, employees can bring their own dog to work.

Requirements

Must love dogs
Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing
Ability to work flexible days and hours, including holidays and weekends
Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment
Strong customer service skills
Ability to “own” a room of dogs
Applicants must be 17 years or older.

Maintain control of large groups of dogs
Caring for all furry friends as if they were a part of your family
Engage, Play and Enjoy the furry friends!
Maintains a safe, neat, clean, and organized Playroom area at all times.
Sets the example for the team on the 3 S’s (smile, story and satisfaction) and to be accountable to internal and external customer service standards.
Strive for high customer reviews & ratings!
Work closely with our furry friends in creating a safe and fun environment while still setting the highest standards and satisfaction of our customers.
