As a Candidate Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth progression of background verification cases by managing the end-to-end coordination of Missing Information (MI) follow-ups. You’ll work closely with the Scoping and Delivery teams to promptly address MI requests, actively engage with candidates and clients to obtain outstanding documentation, and ensure service level expectations are met through timely and accurate communication. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
