About The Position
Bargreen Ellingson is looking for a Contract Support Specialist to join our corporate office in Tacoma! The Contract Support Specialist is an administrative role that includes plan checks, order entry, product tracking, customer communication and several other sales support functions.
Requirements
- Previous high touch customer service, sales, project management or restaurant experience preferred.
- Computer literacy including strong excel knowledge and typing acumen.
- Experience in administration and high-volume office work.
- Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and quickly switch focus without losing sight of projects and goals.
Responsibilities
- Administrative partner to contract sales representative, managing all logistical aspects of contract jobs.
- Organization of order quotes completed by project manager.
- Quote checks, plan checks, order entry, order tracking, managing all job logistics including delivery warehouse, freight, and install dates.
- Communication liaison between Contract Sales Rep, designer, supplier factory and oftentimes general contractor.
- Order reconciliation to close out job accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform other responsibilities as directed.
