Requirements

• The Candidate Pipeline Coordinator will report to the Chief Business Data Officer.
• The role supports Job Duck BU and works as part of the Job Duck BU team.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, HR operations, customer success operations, or another high-volume, detail-heavy role.
• Experience working in an ATS, CRM, or candidate database is required.

Nice To Haves

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting a remote or distributed recruiting team is preferred.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, and Workday reports is preferred.
• Exposure to workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, and ATS triggers is preferred.
• Experience in staffing, BPO, or talent marketplace operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates
• Maintain clean candidate records
• Coordinate communication
• Prepare candidates for client recruiter review
• Serve as a key operational connection between Talent Sourcers, client recruiters, and candidates, helping ensure that every profile is complete, current, and ready for the next step.
• Support candidate experience
• Help recruitment teams work with greater accuracy and consistency.
