About The Position

At Cosentino, we are looking for a Regional A&D and Builder Sales Manager located in Canada, who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of. In this role, your function will be to ensure the sustainable growth of the business in the commercial, high-end residential and builder segment working with and supporting the local sales region team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the industry
  • 5+ years of sales experience in builder and commercial segment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Power BI, etc.)
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to multitask and work in an extremely fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
  • Creatively solve problems and ability to overcome obstacles to achieve success metrics
  • Ability to travel locally about 80% of the time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited University or College (BS or BA)

Nice To Haves

  • Ability of reading blueprints and prepare projects take offs
  • Construct Connect Insight or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop business through local teams establishing and growing relationships with targeted accounts, meeting with potential GC, developers, architects, designers, builders, custom home builders, fabricators, millworkers or corporate accounts and their purchasing agents, designers and sales teams to secure business relationships.
  • Identify sales strategies and needs for the region to increase diversification in products and applications.
  • Support local teams with current accounts focusing on closing new business.
  • Provide advance training to local teams supporting to the local General Manager.
  • Analyse KPI and KAI for the sales region covered to evaluate potential business opportunities in the region.
  • Collaborate with local, regional, and national peers to assure the highest level of segment penetration and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate on key events that will create new business opportunuties and making sure new opportunities are followed up.
  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being followed.
