Requirements

Basic computer experience (ability to read standard work documents and enter data).
Ability to read, write, and interpret documents.
Must be able to wear proper PPE.
Must be able to stand for up to 10+ hours per shift.
Any current agency workers applying must have worked the required 300 hours.

Nice To Haves

Prior use of hoists.
Knowledge of engines and components.
Experience with assembly/disassembly tooling (hand tools, air tools, pneumatic tools, etc.).

Responsibilities

Perform various assembly processes in a fast-paced, safety and quality focused team environment.
Adhere to contamination control guidelines.
Perform print reading and quality checks as defined by standard work.
Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, gages, hoists, presses, and other necessary tools.
Follow production schedules.
Utilize various computer systems (MES, BIQ, Pinpoint, Epix) to reference work instructions, prints, and perform data entry.
May utilize overhead cranes/hoists and/or electric pallet jacks to move parts.
Adhere to Built in Safety guidelines.
Demonstrate attention to detail and be self-motivated.
Cross-train in other areas of operations for flexibility.
Work in an environment without close supervision.
Cross-train in other positions within Salary Grade 1, such as Cleaning 1, Disassembly 1, and Logistics 1, if basic qualifications and physical requirements are met.
