This role involves conducting pre-move site surveys to verify user locations, workstation assignments, and technology requirements. The coordinator will gather and document desktop inventory, peripheral information, infrastructure details, and user-specific technology needs. They will reconcile discrepancies between project plans and onsite conditions, communicating risks and dependencies to project leadership. The position supports office move activities, installs, adds, and changes (IMAC) initiatives, and provides Day 1 and Day 2 support after moves and deployments. The coordinator will track and coordinate the resolution of move-related issues, maintain organized inventory and storage areas, and update various project documentation. Collaboration with project managers, deployment technicians, support teams, and business stakeholders is essential to ensure timely project deliverables. The role also involves monitoring field readiness, maintaining status visibility, and communicating project progress. Travel to locations throughout New York City, Long Island, and Westchester County is required.
