The Campus Transformation Desktop Coordinator will conduct pre-move site surveys to verify user locations, workstation assignments, and technology requirements. This role involves gathering and documenting desktop inventory, peripheral information, infrastructure details, and user-specific technology needs. The coordinator will reconcile discrepancies between project plans and onsite conditions, communicating risks and concerns to project leadership. They will also coordinate office move activities, installs, adds, and changes (IMAC) initiatives, and support deployment teams by organizing, validating, and tracking desktop equipment. Day 1 and Day 2 support following office moves, deployments, and new-site openings will be provided, along with tracking and coordinating the resolution of move-related issues. Maintaining organized inventory and storage areas for project equipment, desktop assets, and peripherals, as well as updating project trackers, issue logs, completion reports, asset records, and project documentation are key responsibilities. The role requires partnering with project managers, deployment technicians, support teams, and business stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule, monitoring field readiness, maintaining status visibility, and communicating project progress. Travel to locations throughout New York City, Long Island, and Westchester County is required.
