Coury Hospitality has an exciting opportunity for a Campus Sales Manager supporting the dual-branded campus of TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection and AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park. Together, these two distinctive Marriott brands offer a powerful blend of elevated luxury and modern simplicity, serving Silicon Valley’s leading tech, corporate, and campus-based clientele. As a Campus Sales Manager, You’ll: Drive group, catering, and business transient revenue across both TETRA Hotel and AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park. Proactively solicit, negotiate, and contract new and repeat business with a focus on campus-based and corporate accounts. Manage assigned accounts while prospecting new opportunities through calls, site visits, networking, and community engagement. Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business across the dual-brand campus. Create, detail, and manage contracts, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and event resumes with precision. Maintain accurate and timely information in Marriott CI/TY, MARSHA, Lightspeed, and related sales systems. Collaborate closely with Catering, Operations, Culinary, Revenue, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless event execution. Attend and lead sales, BEO, and resume meetings as required. Conduct post-event follow-ups, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying future sales opportunities. Support campus-wide sales strategies, promotions, and special projects as assigned.
