About The Position

Provides a preventative presence and facilitates communications between students, parents, visitors, and school staff to enhance understanding and promote a safe and secure environment. This position is based at Village and works 7 hours per day, 5 days per week, for 182 work days per year.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• One year of security or surveillance experience.
• Specialized, successful training in security, safety, and behavior intervention.
• One year of experience working with at-risk youth in an organized setting.
• Valid California Driver’s License.
• First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• Fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice.
• Current, state-issued Security Guard License.
• Submit a resume providing clear evidence of experience.
• Submit proof of high school graduation, such as a diploma, transcripts, or equivalent (e.g., GED).
• Submit a copy of a valid California Driver’s License.
• Submit a current, valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
