Job Summary Houlihan Lokey is looking for a Campus Recruiting Coordinator to join our team focused on hiring Investment Banking entry-level talent. Recruiting coordinators play a key role, driving a positive and efficient process for our candidates, recruiters, and bankers. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, motivated, early-career professional who is interested in building a career in recruiting. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, team-oriented mindset, and a genuine curiosity to learn. In this position, you will work closely with our team to carry out strategic campus recruiting initiatives through event planning, interview scheduling, candidate engagement, and internship program coordination. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of being onsite in our mid-town NYC office 4 days per week.

Requirements

  • 1 year experience in human resources in a corporate environment
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Flexible team player with a positive attitude who can adapt quickly to changes as needed
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with Workday or another applicant tracking systems
  • Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Exposure to financial services or a professional services environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the full life cycle recruiting process for entry-level and internship positions
  • Drive candidate engagement through all stages of the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Lead the execution of campus recruiting events (on-campus, in-office, and virtually)
  • Provide support for an impactful internship program including onboarding, training, networking events, and performance management
  • Establish relationships with the recruiting team, business leaders, and HR partners to help deliver recruiting initiatives and programs
  • Track all candidate information and ensure that data is properly maintained within our applicant tracking system
  • Process candidate expenses and reimbursements
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects in recruiting, operations, and candidate experience
