About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition efforts and deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure our hiring process runs efficiently and professionally from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ years’ experience in recruiting or Human Resources
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCims, Greenhouse, Workday) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting recruiters and assisting in the full-cycle recruiting and offer processes.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple departments and time zones
  • Partner with the recruiters in developing and maintaining a positive relationship with candidates throughout their interview process
  • Maintain and update candidates the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting databases
  • Post job openings on internal and external job boards, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and next steps
  • Help organize recruiting and employer branding initiatives
  • Prepare and send offer letters and assist with pre-employment processes
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience at every stage
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and partners with the Talent Management team in making any necessary changes.
  • Other duties as assigned to support recruiting and talent management
