About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campus Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent for co-op internships and entry-level professional opportunities across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes, building relationships with universities and business partners, developing talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting early career hiring initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting college, university, internship, co-op, or entry-level recruiting programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. If no degree, 6+ years of experience required.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel and support recruitment events as business needs require.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting college recruiting, university relations, internship programs, or entry-level hiring initiatives.
  • Experience planning and executing career fairs, campus events, and candidate engagement activities.
  • Experience recruiting for Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, or other professional functions.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management tools, and job posting platforms.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruiting.
  • Strong presentation and networking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for co-op internship and entry-level hiring needs across multiple business areas.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring co-op internship and entry-level positions by prioritizing co-op conversions and other strategic sources.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top early-career talent.
  • Support and attend university recruiting events, career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and other talent attraction activities.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer processes, and onboarding activities.
  • Act as a talent advisor, providing recruiting guidance and expertise.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics designed to measure effectiveness and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, labor market conditions, and best practices related to early career talent acquisition.
  • Participate in strategic recruiting projects and business initiatives as needed.
  • Support recruiting, hiring, and business-related events, including travel as required.
