About The Position

The Field/Campus Recruiter will play a critical role in building and scaling our early talent pipeline while supporting broader recruiting initiatives across the business. This individual will be responsible for identifying and developing partnerships with colleges, universities, trade schools, and community organizations within assigned geographic territories to strengthen our employer brand and create sustainable recruiting pipelines. This role will serve as a key ambassador for the organization, helping elevate the internship and early talent experience while building long-term relationships that increase awareness of our opportunities and overall value proposition. In addition to campus recruiting responsibilities, this individual will support additional recruiting solutions and talent attraction initiatives that align with overall business growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of recruiting, campus recruiting, sales, relationship management, or business development experience preferred.
  • Experience building partnerships and engaging with schools, community organizations, or workforce programs strongly preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and recruiting activities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office, and recruiting technologies preferred.
  • Ability to travel regularly within assigned geographic territories.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize colleges, universities, trade schools, and workforce development programs within assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with career services teams, faculty, student organizations, coaches, and campus leadership.
  • Develop and execute representation opportunities for the company at career fairs, networking events, classroom presentations, and industry-related events as determined necessary.
  • Develop and execute scalable campus recruiting strategies that increase internship, and entry-level hiring pipelines designed for consistent replication across all markets.
  • Partner with internal leaders to create meaningful internship and early talent experiences that align with business needs.
  • Help improve and communicate the overall value proposition of the internship program, including professional development opportunities, mentorship, and career pathways.
  • Coordinate and support internship recruiting cycles, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding activities.
  • Track and report on campus recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and partnership effectiveness.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the organization across assigned recruiting territories.
  • Develop creative strategies to increase brand awareness and candidate engagement within targeted schools and communities.
  • Partner with Marketing and Talent Acquisition leadership on recruiting materials, social media engagement, and event strategies.
  • Create sustainable partnerships that position the company as an employer of choice for students and emerging talent.
  • Support additional recruiting initiatives and talent attraction strategies as business needs evolve.
  • Assist with sourcing, screening, and recruiting efforts for other key positions across the organization.
  • Help identify and implement new recruiting solutions, partnerships, and pipeline strategies.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity data within the ATS and other recruiting systems.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience.
