Crossroads Church•Cottage Grove, MN
•$21 - $23•Onsite

About The Position

The Part-Time Campus Producer provides leadership and oversight for production environments at a specific campus, helping create clear, compelling, and well-executed weekend experiences. The role ensures that audio, lighting, presentation, and service flow support ministry and provide an engaging, distraction-free experience. The Producer collaborates with worship leaders, campus leadership, and production volunteers to plan and execute weekend services, youth ministry gatherings, and special events. This is a hands-on position that typically includes mixing front-of-house audio, running or supporting presentation and lighting, and developing volunteers so the campus is not dependent on one person. Central production support is occasional, limited, and within scheduled hours. The position is regular, part-time, non-exempt, and hourly, with a schedule of 12–15 hours per week. The regular schedule is Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with occasional other days for ministry events, services, and special programming. Work takes place primarily indoors in production and administrative environments, with frequent exposure to noise above 84 dB. Flexibility is required during key ministry seasons and special events. The role reports directly to the Production Lead.
