The Part-Time Campus Producer leads and oversees production environments at a specific Crossroads Church campus, helping create clear, compelling, well-executed weekend experiences. The role ensures audio, lighting, presentation, and service flow support ministry and create an engaging, distraction-free environment. The producer collaborates with worship leaders, campus leadership, and production volunteers to plan and execute weekend services, youth ministry gatherings, and special events. This is a hands-on position that typically includes mixing front-of-house audio and running or supporting presentation and lighting, while developing volunteers so the campus is not dependent on one person. Central production support is occasional, limited, and within scheduled hours. The role is classified as non-exempt and hourly, with regular part-time status at 12–15 hours per week. The regular schedule is Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with occasional additional days for ministry events, services, and special programming. Work takes place primarily indoors in production and administrative environments, with frequent exposure to noise above 84 dB and flexibility required during key ministry seasons and special events. The producer is expected to embrace Crossroads’ mission, advance its vision of being an outwardly facing, next-generation-focused, multi-ethnic church, and embody the staff commitments: Expect God to Move, Move as One, Take it Personally, Be Actively for Each Other, Invest in the Next, and Leave the 99.
