POSITION SUMMARY The Chicago School is seeking a Part-Time Campus Operations Coordinator to help maintain a campus environment that is functional, prepared, and ready to support our campus community during our extending operating hours. This role is a member of the Chicago Campus Operations team, which oversees the daily service, space, and facility operations that keep the campus running smoothly. In this role, you will support operational readiness through proactive facilities coordination, vendor oversight, inventory management, and logistical support. Campus Operations functions as a collaborative team grounded in shared ownership. While each role has a primary focus, we work closely together and step in where needed to ensure a seamless campus experience particularly during peak periods, major events, or times of increased operational demand. This part-time position is designed to provide operational coverage during our evening and weekend operating hours. We are currently looking to fill two shifts: Weekday Coverage: 6pm – 12am Weekend Coverage: Rotating between 6am-1pm and 12pm-7pm.
