About The Position

The Campus Operations Coordination & Scheduling team is responsible for the intake, consultation, and scheduling for all Production AV service requests across HQ and Bay Area regional campuses. As the first point of contact for our clients, the team plays an integral role in creating a positive first impression and ensures a smooth experience throughout the planning process - providing tailored consultations and technical solutions to deliver cutting-edge event productions. Fntech is seeking a Campus Operations Coordinator to facilitate technical production services for company events. Reporting to the Campus Operations Lead Coordinator, this client-facing role directly supports the success of events we operate and contributes to a positive client experience. A successful candidate will have an attention to detail, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines - all while exuding the professionalism and people first mindset that Fntech values.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in event coordination, customer service, or a related client-facing role
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to triage and respond to service requests with professionalism and urgency under tight deadlines
  • Strong written communication skills for client-facing correspondence

  • Experience conducting pre-production and consultation meetings
  • Experience supporting events in an enterprise corporate environment
  • Familiarity with audio-visual equipment and live event production workflows

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical production services, conducting initial triage based on established intake criteria and maintaining open communication with event stakeholders
  • Lead pre-production meetings with event hosts and technicians to identify production requirements that address event objectives and align client expectations around service offerings and policies
  • Translate client goals into actionable service needs, ensuring accurate scope for events ranging from small team meetings to company-wide productions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including the Facilities Events team, to align venue selection and technical resources across all events region-wide
  • Educate event hosts on technical production services, crew roles and responsibilities, and best practices, fostering a collaborative environment that positions both hosts and technical crews for success
  • Consistently meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to deliver high-quality event services
  • Support the rollout of new services, tools, team initiatives, and operational improvements in support of a high-volume events operation
