About The Position

The Campus Operations Coordinator/Project Manager is a 100% on site role that works closely with the Director of Facilities to support the day-to-day and strategic needs of the school. This role is responsible for overseeing and executing key operational and project-based initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals, blending hands-on operational support with the planning and delivery of both short- and long-term projects. Immediate 18-Month Renovation Focus: In addition to core campus duties, this position will serve as our primary, in-house "boots on the ground" coordinator managing the complex internal logistics of vacating a 60,000 sq. ft. facility, transitioning operations into temporary classroom trailers, and managing the eventual return move.
