About The Position

The Campus Missionary will engage in the Four E’s Discipleship process, which includes proclaiming the Gospel, building foundations through small groups and One2One, training disciples with ministry tools, and identifying/training student leaders. The role also involves maintaining membership at an Every Nation Church, connecting students to the local church, and attending mandatory staff meetings. Additionally, the missionary will bring students to various Every Nation events, maintain a working relationship with the local church and Campus Director, communicate with the North American office, participate in continuing leadership development, and maintain a full partnership team.

Requirements

  • Maintain membership at an Every Nation Church (where applicable)
  • Attend all mandatory staff meetings organized by ENC
  • Communicate with North American office concerning requested data
  • Maintain a full partnership team by spending the equivalent of ½ day per week and at least three weeks every summer building your team

Responsibilities

  • Engage in the Four E’s Discipleship process: Proclaim the Gospel using tools such as the God Test, the Two-Minute Miracle, or other resources approved by your MAL
  • Build foundations through small groups, One2One, and Purple Book
  • Train disciples with various ministry tools such as the God Test, Two-Minute Miracle, etc.
  • Identify, train, and release student leaders to do small groups and relational evangelism
  • Maintain membership at an Every Nation Church (where applicable)
  • Connect students to the local church
  • Attend all mandatory staff meetings organized by ENC. This includes, but is not limited to, monthly staff and development calls and meetings convened by the North American Director
  • Bring students to Every Nation Conferences, 24:HRS, and Ten Days trips
  • Attend Campus Summit, ENC Conference, and Build Conference
  • Maintain working relationship with local church and Campus Director
  • Communicate with North American office concerning requested data
  • Participate in continuing leadership development education sponsored by ENC
  • Maintain a full partnership team by spending the equivalent of ½ day per week and at least three weeks every summer building your team
