Requirements

Students must be currently enrolled at Augsburg and must be work-study eligible.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Intercultural competency.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time.

Nice To Haves

Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate food operations including freezing food, grocery shopping, and organizing supplies.
Prepare/serve/deliver meals or groceries at community sites.
Organize/support food security efforts via Campus Cupboard food shelf.
Collaborate with members of the Environmental Stewardship Intern team on projects.
Work with the Campus Kitchens team to plan events.
Stay connected with student groups and engage with them around food issues to build community around food.
Coordinate with other Twin Cities organizations for collaborative events and mutual support.
Support Food Lab student cooking appointments and workshops.
Complete various administrative tasks including data management, social media content, etc.
