About The Position
The Campus Engagement Crew Member supports campus life by officiating intramural sports, assisting with event production, and overseeing the Student Lounge. They help ensure events run smoothly, provide a welcoming presence, and maintain student spaces. This role offers hands-on experience in teamwork, leadership, and campus engagement while developing practical event management and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Must be a current UPIKE student in good standing.

Responsibilities
- Officiate intramural games, maintaining safety, fairness, and fun
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and equipment management for games
- Keep accurate records of participation, scores, and incidents
- Provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants
- Assist with the physical setup and teardown of campus events
- Operate basic event technology after training (sound systems, lights, etc.)
- Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event execution
- Serve as a campus ambassador, offering assistance and direction to attendees
- Monitor and manage the Student Lounge during scheduled hours
- Check out equipment and supplies; maintain cleanliness and safety
- Engage with students to promote upcoming programs and services
