About The Position
Support the Division of Student Affairs and Event Services team in setting up and executing campus events. Gain experience in event logistics, customer service, and A/V technology while enhancing student engagement on campus. Student will oversee the student lounge when needed.

Responsibilities
- Set up and dismantle event spaces, ensuring proper arrangement of equipment, props, and materials
- Operate audiovisual equipment to support presentations and performances
- Track and manage event inventory
- Unload equipment and set up venues including chairs, tables, and stages
- Provide excellent customer service to attendees and organizers
- Ensure event setup meets outlined specifications
- Communicate effectively with team and supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized event environments
- Attend training and team meetings to enhance skills
- Engage in problem-solving for event logistics
- Collaborate with event services team on planning improvements
- Support Student Lounge operations and engagement programming
